I. Background
     血小板樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞抗原 2(BDCA2)是一種僅在人 pDC 表面表達(dá)的C型凝集素。BDCA2 由一個(gè)糖基識(shí)別的胞外域、一個(gè)跨膜區(qū)和一個(gè)短的不含任何信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)域的胞內(nèi)段組 成。BDCA-2與跨膜區(qū)的 FcRγ鏈形成 adaptor 來(lái)傳遞細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)，并誘導(dǎo)類(lèi)似 B 細(xì)胞受體 (BCR)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng)。

     抗體介導(dǎo)的 BDCA2 結(jié)合會(huì)導(dǎo)致 SYK 招募到 FcεRIγ磷酸化的免疫受體     基激活結(jié)構(gòu)域(ITAM)。SYK 激活會(huì)導(dǎo)致 BTK 和 PLCγ2 激活，從而導(dǎo)致鈣離子動(dòng)員。BDCA2 受體的結(jié)合已被證明可以抑制 TLR7 或 TLR9 誘導(dǎo)的 IFN I 和其他 pDC 衍生的促炎介質(zhì)。

II. Description
     BDCA2 Effector Reporter 報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) BDCA2 的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過(guò)程， 原理見(jiàn)下圖 所示。
